3 · Where do reports go?

You're all set.

There's nothing for you to pay — the seat comes out of your league's League Pass, and you get your own report, built from the roster you just entered. We'll email a button to the address you entered, usually within the hour: press it and your seat is usually set up within the hour. Nothing is set up until it's pressed, and the button works for 7 days. Your first report lands the day you confirm — this week's report if it's Week 2 or later and the week's games haven't started, otherwise your roster report — then a new one every Tuesday. If it can't be matched to an active League Pass, or your league's seats are all taken, we email you to say so.
If this is the address your reports go to and the roster or settings differ from the ones on file, we'll email that address a button to confirm the change, usually within the hour (up to three requests a day). Press it within 7 days and your next report uses this roster and these settings — and Saturday's final check too, if you press it by Friday night (ET). Nothing changes until it's pressed. More than one team on this address? Use the update link in that team's own report.
If this address hasn't had a free report this season and isn't a subscriber's, it's built from the roster you just entered and usually lands within the hour. From the week's first kickoff until Tuesday it waits for the next week's report, so it's never about games already underway. One free report per person — nothing to pay, no card.
Card details never touch our systems — Stripe handles the payment and we never see, transmit or store them.
The Rest-of-Season Pass is $29, one payment: nothing renews and nothing more is charged.
A report lands the day you join. Refunds are no-questions until your second weekly report's week kicks off (or a week after your last report, if the season ends first) — one per person, and a second purchase after a refund is final. Nothing to cancel: your pass is one payment and ends on its own after the season's last report.
