Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 August 2026. The short version: we collect your email, your roster, your league's scoring settings and your billing address, and nothing else. No cookies, no analytics, no trackers, no advertising. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

The whole list. Your email address, the roster you entered, your league's scoring settings — scoring type, league size and lineup shape — and the billing address you give Stripe at checkout. That is everything we hold about you. We never see your card, you never create a password with us, and we never connect to your league account.

1. What we collect, and why

We do not build a profile of you, and we do not use your data to train anything.

2. What we never ask for

3. Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Two honest details: our pages load type from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google and Google can see your IP address as it would for any site using them; and our host serves the pages, which involves the ordinary server logs any web host keeps.

4. Who else sees your data

Two processors, each doing one job, and neither gets anything beyond it:

Each has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it to advertisers or data brokers — not now and not later. If that ever changed we would have to tell you first, and you could leave.

Where your address actually lives, exactly. It is held by Stripe, alongside your payment, and we read it in Stripe's own dashboard. It is not copied into the system that builds and sends your reports — that system knows only your email, your roster and your scoring settings, so an address cannot reach a report, the public record of graded calls, or anything else we publish. Stripe also records the country your card was issued in, which it collects to check the card whether we ask for an address or not.

5. Your report is yours alone

It is built from the roster you gave us and public NFL data, and it goes only to you. We never publish your name, your email or your roster anywhere. Our public record of graded calls names NFL players and never subscribers, and carries nothing that could identify you or your league.

6. Where the football data comes from

Openly licensed public NFL data. Nothing about you, your league or your leaguemates is in it, and nothing about you is ever sent to it.

7. How long we keep it

While you are subscribed, and for a short period afterwards for accounting, then we delete it. Ask and we will delete it sooner. Your billing address is the one item we cannot always delete on request: it forms part of a payment record, and tax law requires those to be kept for a set number of years. We will delete everything else and tell you plainly what the payment record still holds.

8. Seeing or deleting what we hold

Email hello@beatyourleague.com and we will tell you exactly what we have, or delete it — whichever you ask for. You do not need an account or a form, and we will not ask you why. Cancelling stops the billing; asking us removes the data. If you are covered by the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Canadian privacy law, or a US state privacy law, these are the access, correction, deletion and portability rights those laws give you, and we honour them for everyone regardless of where you live.

9. Age

This is an adult product: you must be 18 or older to subscribe. We do not knowingly collect anything from children, and if you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If a change materially affects you, we will email subscribers before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.

11. Who to contact

Beat Your League is an independent solo project. Contact hello@beatyourleague.com for anything on this page — access, deletion, or a question about how something works. Billing questions are covered in the Terms of Service.
